
Dealer Service Representative - December 2008
Wanted – A motivated, enthusiastic, team player with exceptional communication skills to work at our Santa Rosa call center. Must have the ability to focused and prioritize work with constant changes throughout the day. As a Dealer Service Representative, you will be responsible for effectively processing inquires and sales orders for an assigned territory, as well as product orders received by telephone, mail, email or fax from customers, outside sales representatives, retail store accounts and/or special accounts.
Successful performance requires knowledge of Marmot products and their functionality, self-motivation with the ability to promote Marmot products and brand image. A strong customer service orientation is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, exercise good judgment in resolving problems, work planning, organization, and manage conflict and negotiate positive outcomes.
Requires 1 – 3 years experience in a consumer products company. Responsible for order tracking, problem resolution and customer interface. A background in retail or inside sales is also desired. Additional skills required are strong verbal communication, work planning, organization, and attention to detail. Knowledge of EXCEL, Word, 10-Key operation and order entry system (Paragon) experience is also required.
